Subject to your project meeting our funding criteria, we can extend payment for our services and assist you with payments to architects and sub consultants to the completion of works as per our engagement agreement.
Funding arrangements can also be made for fees to the approval authorities, government and semi government departments for permits and approvals. Subject to our credit assessment, the above arrangements can provide cash flow flexibility to the client as payment will only be required at the completion of works at which point the services provided can increase the asset value and make the funding easier.
