Funding Assistance

(i) Services

At Utoplan we understand the importance of cash flow and spending control and we have implemented procedures to assist you with fee payments to Utoplan as well as fees for architects and sub consultants.
Subject to your project meeting our funding criteria, we can extend payment for our services and assist you with payments to architects and sub consultants to the completion of works as per our engagement agreement.

Funding arrangements can also be made for fees to the approval authorities, government and semi government departments for permits and approvals. Subject to our credit assessment, the above arrangements can provide cash flow flexibility to the client as payment will only be required at the completion of works at which point the services provided can increase the asset value and make the funding easier.

(ii) Project

We consider the project funding as the most important aspect of the development process.

At Utoplan, we have implemented procedures to meet financial institution requirements and funding criteria which can make funding easier and simpler.

A profitable and well structured project will be easier to fund and can achieve better funding conditions.
Through our extensive knowledge and understanding of the financial institutions’ funding criteria, we can compile a funding proposal and financial analysis of the project that can make the assessment of the financial institution easier in order to expedite the approval.

We can also provide guide lines for funding options and assist in any negotiation with the prospective financial institution.
