All of our staff are trained with the highest levels of tertiary education in the various disciplines of architecture, design, planning, construction management and business finance.

With integrity, honesty and reliability forming the core components of the firm ethic, it is a requirement of the company that all team members chosen by Utoplan posess these qualities.

With their diverse educational backgrounds, the Utoplan staff members vary in age from 25-63 years old. This level of diversity in both age & experience combines the fresh ideas of the younger generation with the expertise that can only be attained through over 30 years experience in the property industry.

All projects done by Utoplan, are discussed at a board meeting, so that every board member has a chance to contribute to the project with their own ideas, which will ensure that the value of the subject site reaches its maximum potential.
